Nikki here...
Cristina and I made peanut brittle tonight.
We used this recipe but with a little bit more corn syrup and butter than it calls for.
After an unsuccessful first try? No, never. We are experts. =P
Anyway, it's a very easy recipe and we think you should try it because it's very tasty!

Bunny Salad
Cris again!
Okay so it's kinda creepy looking BUT, that's totally not my fault.
Over break I made bunny salad. The problem was the few remaining pears were extremely small. :( So what was supposed to be the bunnies body with the face being at the larger end however this did not work.
This salad really lets you be creative so if you find a better alternative for some ingredients, feel free to use it.
Bunny Salad
1/2 pear
Grapes or blueberries for eyes
Cherry for nose
Shredded carrots for whiskers
Cool Whip or Cottage Cheese for tail
Bed of lettuce for a place for your bunny to stay in!
Peel the skin off of the pear and slice in half. Use half of a toothpick or smaller and place in eyes and nose at the larger end of the bunny. Place shredded whiskers.
Place at the smaller end some cottage cheese or cool whip to form tail.
